Whitney Laurel Cole
24 Years Old

November 26, 1963 to October 28, 1988

Whitney started working for P.A. Bergner Co. her sophomore year in high school on a school program. She started as an associate. At the time of her death, she was their personal shopper and was scheduled to take over the office in December.

She was a loving, compassionate person who always worried about the well-being of others before herself. She loved children, music and Stephen King Books.

CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE MURDER

Whitney and her best friend Scott stopped in a small store. They were followed in by two black men who then proceeded to rob the store. They placed Whitney, Scott and the store clerk on the floor gangland style and shot each of them in the head.

The killer was Glen Wilson and two brothers. Glen Wilson's trial was in 1992 and he is now on death row after countless appeals. Alvin Wilson Alexander's trial was in 1992 and he was sentenced to life in prison. Howard Wilson, who supplied the guns, received life in prison after his 1992 trial.

All were repeat offenders with long, long lines of arrests.
